Who is this course for?
This course is open to both clinical and non-clinical staff working in Primary Care. It is ideal for those who are likely to be asked to chaperone for a consultation.
This course is great for those who have never chaperoned before and acts as a useful update for those who want a refresher.

Introduction to Medical Terminology, including medical sciences and systems of the body, prefixes and suffixes, common conditions and medications, terms and abbreviations.
Customer Service
Fun and interactive session exploring excellent customer service, communication skills, team values and understanding patient needs and expectations.
Basic Life Support
Includes adult and paediatric BLS, anaphylaxis, AED, theory and practical.
