Healthcare Training & Primary Care Education

Haxby Group Training develops and delivers training activities which enable primary care to develop, maintain and refine the necessary skills crucial to providing high quality care.

All our courses build on the strong education and training ethos of our founding front-line practice, Haxby Group. We have developed a range of courses for clinicians and support staff which vary in delivery method from face-to-face to online. We also offer bespoke training solutions, consultancy and hosting to support service skills development.

As host for the Primary Care Workforce and Training Hub in the Humber and North Yorkshire ICS region, we help Primary Care to recruit, develop and retain its workforce.

We do this by administering various commissioned initiatives on behalf of Health Education England, NHS England and the ICS, via education, training, workforce schemes, mentoring support, facilitating events and assisting primary care to receive grants and funding or other assistance that may be available.
